Productive Workforce

Our community has an ample, motivated work force that includes University of Northern Iowa and Hawkeye Community College students. Surveys of local businesses have revealed low worker absenteeism, as well as turnover rates averaging less than 3%. In addition, the productivity of Iowa workers has consistently measured 15% -20% higher than the national average.
