The Cedar Falls Industrial & Technology Park is situated on the Avenue of Saints, a four-lane major transportation route from Minneapolis-St. Paul to St. Louis.  Located on the south edge of the city, the Cedar Falls Industrial & Technology Park is less than one mile north of U .S. Highway 20—Cedar Falls' freeway link to Interstate 380 and the rest of the nation. It is also less than 10 minutes from the Waterloo Municipal Airport that provides commercial air service. With the completion of the metro area's $375 million roadway project in 1994, the Cedar Falls Industrial & Technology Park is located conveniently within 15 minutes of all other metropolitan businesses.
