Persons of all ages can utilize and enjoy a wide variety of recreational opportunities in Cedar Falls. These recreational opportunities include some thirty-four parks and playgrounds, four public and private golf courses, a year round 287-acre nature center, three museums, a series of lakes, and the Cedar River. Also, there are seventy plus miles of recreational trails connecting the Cedar Falls Industrial & Technology Park to the metropolitan area.
