Utilities

The Cedar Falls Industrial & Technology Park has completely developed infrastructure with streets and all utilities in place. Cedar Falls Utilities (CFU), a municipally owned and operated utility, provides utility service, including fiber optics. Both CFU and the City of Cedar Falls are committed to community and economic development.
